Paris has many fromageries (cheese shops) all over town. Fromagerie 31 (64, Rue Seine, 75006), however, allows you to sit down and enjoy a degustation (tasting) of their cheese along with wine either inside the shop or on the terrace outside. Quinn and I spent our afternoon at Fromagerie 31 sipping away a bottle of wine with a plate of 12 different kinds of cheeses (goat cheese, camembert, chevre, bleu, comte, and some other kinds I can't remember).
While we were enjoying our cheese and wine, we made a new friend, a bird we named Henry. Henry kept visiting us at our table, taking baguette from our hands, and flying back and forth from its nest.
Amorino is a big gelato chain in Paris. We hadn't tried it yet since we're big fans of Deliziefollie, but just so that we could make the comparison, we stopped in for a cone on our way home. Their presentation was nice, like a flower, but the gelato was just mediocre.
