We arrived into Paris yesterday afternoon, and I was back at school today. I only had one demo class where we learned how to roast chicken, make jus, turn vegetables, and prepare artichokes with garden vegetables. The chef also prepared several omelettes (mixed herb, mushroom).
When I got home, Quinn surprised me with macaroons from Pierre Herme (caramel, pistachio cherry, chocolate, and jasmine), a fruit salad, and some puer tea. Yum! Thanks Quinn!! You're the best-est! :-)
