Lesson 5: Quiche Lorraine, Wild Mushroom Quiche, and Puff Pastry

Chef whirls through all of the recipes in no time at all. He made 4 quiches and puff pastry in the time it will take us to make 1 quiche and begin our puff pastry tomorrow.

It was a beautiful, sunny day in Paris today. I did my usual walk to and from school (3 miles each way), ran some errands, and called it a day. I should know by now not to go grocery shopping when I'm hungry, but I did... and I bought lots of snacks, goodies, and stuff that just looked yummy.
