For each course taken at Le Cordon Bleu, there is a written exam and a practical exam. Together, they make up 55% of your total grade. I took the time today to study through my binder of recipes, ingredient lists, glossary terms, meat cuts, and other notes since the written exam was just a couple of days away. Quinn and I headed to Dalloyau for coffee, pastries, and study time.
